No Guarantee of Results
While we use proven strategies and data-driven methods, we do not guarantee specific results including lead volume, revenue, or return on ad spend. Digital advertising results depend on market conditions, ad spend, seasonality, and factors outside our control.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely communication, access to necessary advertising accounts, and payment of all agreed service fees and third-party ad spend. Elevare Media is not responsible for client-side delays that affect campaign performance.
Intellectual Property
All content on elevaremedia.org — including copy, design, graphics, and branding — is the property of Elevare Media and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Elevare Media's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
